Spagnoli's trenchers are made of a selected an properly seasoned
acacia wood. Thanks to special

"TOOTHING" (No. 1) 
and a "GROOVE AND TONGUE" (No. 2)
working, the block can be assembled without using unsanitary boolts and tie
rods. Our chopping block can be used on both surfaces and does not
cause any vibrations during cutting operations.
We therefare guarantee its highest performances.
